Curbs and sidewalk alongside Mitchell Library, a public library are crumbling, as well as curbs in the adjacent parking lot of the library.

This has been a problem since before the concrete was dry. Very shoddy work! I thought the City was going to follow up on this and require the contractor to fix it. I wonder if the same contractor is still doing work for the City.

The concrete curbs at the Library are defective. The original contractor should replace them or be sued. Which contractor is responsible for this poor work?
