Crazy, we also reported NW 108th Ave down to Johnson Street and from Johnson Street down to where Portraits Ends. Nothing has been done . Hedges are out of control. Portraits has zero lot line Anything past that zero lot line we as homeowners can not build anything permanent but we have to maintain, for example grass and any type of trees. Trees are over growing our hedges and JL, is not doing anything about it. This must be our third or fourth time writing about. Streets have vines growing up our street lights and nothing is done. We even called FPL they came out they fixed one street light on 7th Street and never fixed the one on Johnson street.

Funny this is what we pay JL Properties Management in our home owners fee. I might be wrong but we pay our taxes so you contact officer T Merrill or officer G Gramegna.
