    Over grown trees blocking streets lights plus vines growing up those street lights on those streets.
    Also, in the development Portraits streets NW 7th Street and NW 107th Ave trees are blocking our street lights making it dark and unsafe.
    Also Lennar who planted these trees back in the 90s not only block our lights but are ripping up our sidewalks and ruining our lawns. These trees should be pulled out and replaced with a better tree for these homeowner's and our future homeowners that will move into Portraits. Our president who drives threw our development and JL Properties who also drives around they don't see this. Thank Yoi

    This issue has been going on for years. The hedges that surround Portraits development are out of control. J&L Properties use their own people to cut this hedges. They are way over height and so uneven it is crazy. Now with the white fly, its even worse. We have people looking into our back yards on Johnson and NW 108th, peeping toms. Police have been called out. This needs to be addressed, its been put off long enough. I feel J&L caused this problem by not maintaining these hedges correctly over the past years, they are the ones that should take care of the problem and pay to fix it now. JL Properties spray for white fly, but they will not trim them down and even them out so they can get thicker.

    How do we stop cars or trucks from parking on either sides of Johnson Street. Also down 108th between Pines Blvd and Johnson , which Portraits takes care of the lawns. We need No Parking sides, and can these people get a ticket.

    Dog is off leash while the owner is enjoying our community pool.

    Street is dark. One street light is out. Very dark walking at 6:20am for my children walking to the bus stop
