First floor tenants of 208 Devon St has 2 big dogs who are let loose in the yard a few times. The issue is that they are they bark aggressively and attempt to climb over the fence anytime someone walks by. I wouldn't complain if I didn't feel threatened but I am literally panicked and shaking every time it occurs. I have to cross the street to get away from them afraid they will cross over the fence. I am sure I am not the only one who has submitted a complaint. I want Kearny to take action as no one should feel threatened walking on the side walks of Kearny.
