Description

Why does this car not get tickets? Continually parks for more than 2 hours-usually 9-5- with no permit. Has done so almost daily for 2 weeks at least. Reported numerous times, and never does it get tickets. Reported this morning at 9:45; 5 hours later there is still no ticket.
