Not sure if you can help me. This is at the rear of my property on the alley. The tree has been growing into these lines for some time. I've contacted Duke, they say they are not their lines so they can't do anything about it. I called Bright house-same response. This is very close to my kids swing set and with storm season approaching I get concerned those lines will at some point be live and lying in my yard. If at the very least someone could direct me to who I need to contact I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
