Description
Residents entire fence is in significant state of disrepair. Wood is rotted. Fence has fallen onto our property multiple times and despite our friendly requests to remove/replace the fence the resident will not comply. At this point it is a concern not just from a maintenance standpoint but also safety and sanitation as well.
