Nothing has been built in the past seven months since demolition. The owner is failing to block soil from running off the property onto the sidewalk and street. When it rains, piles of uncovered dirt regularly run down into the street and sidewalk. Our concern is that mud will clog up and render street drainage ineffective. End up flooding of homes around.
