Yes, someone was there but just barely cleaned the drain. Still 1 1/2 inches of grass at the edges. It will be filled in again, with heat and rain, in another couple weeks. Very disgusting work for a person making this kind of money! I guess thats job security!!!!!

Good afternoon from the Stormwater division: Crew cleared the throat opening of the storm drain and sprayed aquatic herbicide over the remaining grass to kill the root system. It should die off and clear within a couple of weeks. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
