My parents live off Kingshighway and have an alley in the back. The city has zero sympathy or concern for any tree on their own property (the alley is their property), much less private. In fact, there is also a tree on Decatur with branches literally laying on the wires. Again, noting from the city.

Additionally, I feel it should go with out saying, but I will anyway, the electric company isn't any help either. Best wishes!
