Description
432 Banfil has tall weeds that never get cleared. The owner of two vacant lots at 430 and 432 mows half the yard only when it is reported but always leaves most of 432 with tall weeds. He pretends that it is a garden but it is no garden. The neighborhood is getting fed up with this.

Hi, this is Mitch, the owner of the two lots. Thank you so much for reporting this. I had hired a company to mow the lawn from May through October (same company that did it last year). Last year there was a garden maintained by a local resident on half the property, so the company did not mow that part. This year there is no garden, so I think there has just been a misunderstanding on what to mow. I'm working on fixing this now.
Again thank you very much for bringing this up and helping to improve the neighborhood.
