And on a daily basis, drivers in turning off of Adams on to 2nd are put into danger because it is impossible to see around the illegally parked vehicle. Oncoming traffic is completely blocked by illegally parked vehicle. 5D police have verified that this is in fact NOT a legal parking spot.
Yes, exactly. I have made that same comment on previous posts for this same offense. These law breakers are putting the residents of Adams street in danger. We are unable to see oncoming traffic because of these illegally parked vehicles. Vehicles park here every, single day and the spot is clearly marked as a no-parking zone. I do not appreciate having to risk my life and my car every morning just to exit my own street to get to work, because of people have zero regard for the law.
Was this really resolved or did you just close it out without doing anything? Car has a $0 balance of tickets but parks illegally nearly daily. Its a DC Water employee. Please increase enforcement since DC Water is too lazy to make sure their employees don't park like jerks.

I've never seen you issue a ticket here. But for your reference, the relevant DC parking regulation is 2405.2(c):
No person shall stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, in any of the following places (including for the purpose of loading or unloading materials), except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or at the direction of a police officer, traffic control sign, or signal; Provided, that a vehicle may stop momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger or passengers:
Within forty feet (40 ft.) of the intersection of curb lines of intersecting streets or within twenty-five feet (25 ft.) of the intersection of curb lines on the far (non-approach) side of a one-way street; except that trucks vending ice cream shall park curbside when stopping to make a sale, as close as possible to a pedestrian cross-walk without entering the intersection, and without unduly interfering with the flow of traffic;
