I don't know if this technically counts as a pot hole or not. The gravel alley behind my house has become extremely rutted and with all this rain there is a ton of standing water in the ruts. This water as we head into the summer months is going to be a major mosquito breeding ground. We have at least one pregnant woman on the block and I know we are all concerned with the zika virus. Could someone come and grade/fill these ruts in the alley?
