With mosquito season coming up it would be good to have the alley regraded to deal with the issue. This is good timing too because I just put in another ticket for a dead tree Dominion left in the alley after clearing it from the powerline. Once the tree is removed the city can assess what needs to be done to regrade.

Potholes Acknowledged2823 Hanes Ave Richmond, Virginia - Northern Barton HeightsI don't know if this technically counts as a pot hole or not. The gravel alley behind my house has become extremely rutted and with all this rain there is a ton of standing water in the ruts. This water as we head into the summer months is going to be a major mosquito breeding ground. We have at least one pregnant woman on the block and I know we are all concerned with the zika virus. Could someone come and grade/fill these ruts in the alley?
