When you say you will "pass along to the traffic division", do you mean the officer on the traffic division who parks their vehicles on the sidewalk at this address? This stuff writes itself.

checked on parking complaint at approximately 12:30pm no vehicles parked on sidewalk at that time.

Lt. Casey why aren't you contacting the owner and/or ticketing them? You have their plate number and multiple pictures of them breaking the law.

just another reason to vote out the mayor in several months and retire the chief. This is never going to stop until the police stop protecting their own. Police in general have come under a lot of criticism this year. It's a shame our department is being stained by this flouting of the law.
