This tree is on city property. The tree is over a walking path that people use to get from Simpson Park to Fontaine St. It started to come down during a heavy wind storm we had some weeks ago. Just today my neighbor and I heard it start to crack. I can't stress enough the urgency of this situation as people (with their dogs and children) use this path as a shortcut.
