Description

The parking lot at the end of E st., near the San Rafael library, has a handicap spot that has been occupied by an abandoned pick-up truck for over two weeks.

The truck is a blue/white Ford loaded with junk. No HC stick and no tickets on the windshield. And the parking spot in questionis 200 feet for the SRPD.
