This has become an ongoing issue here. This area is nothing but blighted, and surrounding churches who come here to provide meals only make the problem worse. I drove by there a few minutes ago and there are over a dozen people loitering at this intersection, trash everywhere, and it's just unacceptable for a city like Houston. This has GOT to be addressed.

What an embarrassment when visitors from other cities and countries visiting Wheeler transit station, city official please do something about this, design a way that doesn't attract these activities and do not encouraging feeding here.
