Over the years, the forsythia bushes have grown over the owners wall. If you are at the end of Grafton St, Shrewsbury about to turn left onto Rt 140 North, these bushes shorten your line of sight as cars approach you from your left. Cars travel around 50+mph here. Is there a way to trim them back or to ask the owner to trim them
