The owner of property located at 570 Forest St, has neglected to keep the 2 family home in good condition. The front of this house lost half of Its siding, and the front steps of the home are crumbling -creating a hazard as, it is exposing neighbors, people, and students who walk on the sidewalk to nails that are falling from the siding of the house, and debris from the missing sidding, and crumbling steps. The steps are in such a bad condition that the cement has created pebbles of stones making people stepping on false terrain. Owner should be forced to fix these issues, as it is also lowering the values of other homes in the block.
