Description
We live in the Fair Haven Heights section of the city. During weekend nights (late), loud Spanish music is heard from a distance. We received information that it's actually coming from the LongWharf area and travels across the river to us. Chief Esserman is aware of the situation but ignores doing proper enforcement. This is a quality of life issue that needs to be addressed. You can only imagine if our windows were open how this nuisance would be worse.
