Commercial Garbage being put out for DSNY Pickup. This has been a regular occurrence for about a year now. These bags r probably full of needles and hazardous trash. And the private sanitation container is sitting there full of trash and rusting away. Don't the city care for their sanitation workers? (They might get hurt )
