Descrizione

Hanging wire from telephone pole at 521 Broadway. Someone seems to have wrapped part of it around the pole. Not sure if it is telephone or cable wire. Does not appear to be electric as Comcast worker on his way to work who lives in nearby house just stapled part of it to the pole
