Well then they should remove them all together or replace the ones there and make them go across the whole road . That's the problem is they are not all the way across

They can't go curb to curb. That would prevent parking. If you noticed the ones on Front St that go from curb to curb there's no street parking allowed.

Then just remove them they serve no purpose when people speed anyway
