Descrição
On 4/28/2016 I reported that a bulk item (trash barrel broken by JRM) was not picked up. I was told to put sign on item stating "take". I placed sign and waited 1 week. Today 5/5/2016, JRM staff took trash bags but did not even look at the barrel and left it on the sidewalk again. What do I need to do now to have this item removed? It will stay on the sidewalk.

I can't speak for why they wouldn't take it. But can assure you that we will resolve this for you and also speak to JRM on why they left it.
