Description

4323 Mesa Grande - Typically 2 to 3 dogs. All bark incessantly and charge when anyone walks by property. Owners yell at dogs to stop barking but cannot control. 3 foot wall but have seen dogs jump over. Noon and 5 to 9 pm seems to be the worst times.
