Illegal parking on this corner is highly dangerous. There is not enough room for cars to pass in each direction and it causes a blind spot when making the turn. Also fire engine hook and ladder truck will not be able to turn the corner in case of a fire in the high rise at the end of the block and there is no other access to the high rise.

Please correct the signage on this corner so that car owners know not to park there. It is currently unclear.

This is in an area where dog walkers and other pedestrians cross 26th Street to get to/from the park/green area across the street. The illegal parking reduces motorists' view as they turn into 26th St and it's an accident waiting to happen. It also makes it very difficult for larger trucks to turn the corner- I don't know if fire trucks would be able to get through when there are three illegally parked cars at the turn, which is a daily occurrence since the sign was defaced.
