Yes! That little street is hazardous to your car! Also, when you reach the intersection of Woodland and Winchester, you have to inch out very carefully because it's so hard to see beyond the vehicles parked around the little liquor store on the corner, especially big delivery trucks. That corner could really use a blinking orange light so vehicles on Winchester Street will be slowed down. ALSO, Winchester Street itself is ridden with potholes. I have reported this before but ABSOLUTELY NO ACTION has been taken to smooth the road there. This problem has been severe ever since Yale started building the new residential college buildings on Winchester/Sachem/Prospect Streets. Come on, New Haven and Yale! Fix this!

I totally agree with ALL the issues mentioned! If you come down Woodland St. to Winchester Ave. after the construction site on Sachem is clear, there are hardly any cars/trucks blocking your view.

The holes are getting wider and deeper, please address as soon as possible!

We are closing older 2012-2016 Pothole issues in order to focus on current pothole issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our Streets Division but were never closed. If your pothole issue has not been addressed, please open a new See Click Fix issue. Thanks!

The pothole issue on Woodland Street should not be closed, this is an ongoing issue. The potholes are NEVER completely patched - the street needs to be paved to eliminate this issue!
