Part of the sidewalk on Apache is becoming covered with overgrown trees and mulch or something like that. I'm legally blind and use a guide dog and the sidewalk on Apache near 12300 Apache Ave Hoover Creek complex. The stuff covering the sidewalk puts me and my guide dog very close to the road as my dog tries to keep me on obstructed sidewalk.
