A resident called saying that a piece of sidewalk in front of a tree had been replaced with asphalt. She said this asphalt is tracking into her house, and chunks are breaking off.

I spoke with Dave Lefcourt and he said he did not remember this location.

Can we inspect and see if the asphalt can be replaced with concrete or white brick?
