Description
Need 3 speed bumps to slow down the traffic by Great Neck Road Park. The drivers speed up after making the right on Jayson onto Great Neck Road, thus not allowing legal U-turns to be made and back up traffic on the road. Pedestrians of all ages are unable to cross the street safely as well!

Service Request # 22713 will be reported on your behalf to the local police precinct to enforce speed limits and stop signs. The Town of North Hempstead does not install speed bumps within the town.

Sorry ESEA! I understand the frustration. You go to make a U turn and they speed up to 50mph. You go to stop at the light and they honk you for not continuing thru yellow light. You stop the car to allow a pedestrian to cross and they go around you and practically kill the pedestrian!
Yesterday I witnessed the best one yet - small school bus stopped on Great Neck road, flashing light and letting off a passenger. Young woman on the phone, driving a new car did not stop for the school bus, in fact she honked it and swerved around it without breaking to go in front of the school bus, the passenger getting off the bus was forced to step back....
we need to enforce the driving rules, move the speed limit to 20-25 mph and have cops at the kensington and jayson road to patrol the insanity!!!
