Joe's Stone Crab is blocking the space in front of their restaurant for valet parking this Sunday afternoon. The man says they have a permit, but the street sign clearly states they only have valet parking restrictions at night time. Please check ASAP to see if he actually has permit (and if sign needs to be updated) or if he is lying and illegally blocking the space.
