The block of Magnolia Ave Btwn Chestnut and Waldo seems to me to have some homeowner made driveways. I could be wrong but some of the yellow painted "no parking" looks like it was privately done by the home owner and I'm pretty sure there is even a driveway that the curb isn't even broken to make a driveway. Parking is hard.. Would be unfair to have illegal driveways. Anyway this could be looked into?
