Yale has designated 5 or 6 public parking spaces on Prospect Street as "Tow Zone" for "Yale Hockey Bus Parking." Yale does not own the street and cannot claim those spaces 24/7 for only a couple hours' use once in a while. This is a violation of Sec. 53a-130.
