The City has not taken responsibility of this and thus it falls to the developer to maintain. The Code Officer for the area contacted the HOA to let them know of the violation.

Thank you. Who owns the property that serves as the rear entrance to Lick Creek Park? I understand that the front entrance to the park will close soon for construction, this will bring additional use of this entrance and more people parking around the intersection and on the dirt in that area.

While the main entrance is closed, the former equestrian parking area will be opened for parking.

I tried to comment earlier, but my comment isn't showing up. Sorry about that!

PCOA has already contacted our mowing company asking them to have the grass along the extension of Pebble Creek Parkway mowed. We are hoping to see that done next week weather permitting. The grass in that area is being mowed on an as needed basis until the irrigation and landscaping is completed. Once the landscaping is completed, the area will be added to the regular mowing scheduled.

The area beyond Pebble Creek Parkway leading to the trailhead entrance into Lick Creek Park is part of Lick Creek Park and is owned by the City. I've been in contact with the Parks Department this week asking for that area to be mowed.

The HOA has a request into our mowing company to have the extension mowed next week, weather permitting. The grass is being mowed on an as needed basis until the irrigation and landscaping is completed, but will be added to the regular mowing schedule once the project is finished.

However, the trail head entrance into Lick Creek Park located beyond the end of Pebble Creek Parkway is not HOA or developer maintained. It is part of Lick Creek Park as shown on the tax roll. I communicated with the Parks Department yesterday to let them know the trail head entrance is in need of mowing.
