There was a water main break on Brownell Street on 4/26/16, which caused flooding at the catch basin and mud to accumulate on the road. The catch basin was cleaned on 4/27/16, and most of the mud on the road was cleaned away then too. The remaining leaves and mud will be removed during the next street sweeping. ISSUE CLOSED

It's not leaves and mud..see attached photo..there was more junk but someone came by and pi v ked up the metal items
