Once again my recycle bin still was not emptied today. This makes the second week. I need it picked up ASAP & will not wait until next week. You see the picture, there is only recycle in it.

Thanks for the photo.Since there is plastic in the recycling toter, crew can not empty it. It's considered "contamination". If you remove the plastic from the recycling toter, crew can empty it.

Since when is plastic not recyclable?!

We can pick up plastic marked #1 - #7 ie plastic milk jugs, buckets, crates, lids, bottles but not plastic bags and/or film. We also can't pick up anything contaminated with food waste such as pizza boxes.
