Here is the best way so see what I see every day. Have someone in your departments take the Golf Links exit and turn toward the Oakland Zoo onto Mountian Blvd. On the corner of Mountain and Golf Links you will clearly see overgrown grass and debris. On Mouuntain all the way down to Kellar Ave, you will see overgrown grass and debris. Any manger in your department can perform research and find out who the property owners are. They need to cut their grass! When the city allows owners keep property's unkept, others trash the city also. This is a disgrace to the beautiful Zoo and the tax payers of this area. Get the grass cut. Many of the properties are a public nuisance. You also need to have the owners of the Navy Hospital cut the overgrown grass/trees growing into the street in Sequoia Ave.
