Why can't people stop and move an item out of the road? It's not heavy, it is a hazard now and yet people keep dodging it.

The barrel has been reset. If there are obstructions in the roadway after 3:30 PM Monday through Friday or on the weekend they should be reported to the Police Department via telephone so they can be quickly corrected.

Kathleen, you are right on. People would rather come on here and complain than to get off their butts and do something.
