The graffiti and vandalism has gotten so bad in this area it was a factor in our decision to move out of the neighborhood. It's like the businesses, residential property owners and city just don't care about catching the criminals and repairing their damage. We want to live some place where people care about their streetscapes and it seems like that's more likely to be the case over on Monument.
