Description
This house has been vacant for years. There has been a car parked in the driveway a few times with a couple in the car. They claim to have rented/leased the house, but once asked about it, they drove away. Our neighbor has had someone knocking on her door and ringing her doorbell at 3 and 4 AM. I tried contacting the management company for the foreclosed house, and was told they no longer manage it. I would like to find out who owns the house, so we can have it either sold, or at least have someone keep an eye on it.

Dee Hughes died almost 5 years ago, the assessor's office only shows the tax info. What I am looking for is help to contact the title holder. Until I can determine the title holder, I cant verify if the behavior is "illicit" or not. Our Neighborhood Association just needs some guidance on how to deal with these kinds of issues. Some of my neighbors are elderly, and others dont feel comfortable confronting or speaking with some of the people we have seen in our neighborhood. I do appreciate the response.

We use the King County Assessor's office information for home owner's name. I will ask our Customer Response Representative to try and locate the current owner.
If you see illegal activity or have strangers knocking on your doors late in the night I would recommmend you contact 911. Please try to obtain the licesne plate numbers of vehicles parked in driveway and report to the police department, 206-296-3311. Please do not approach unknown persons that are tresspassing on this property, contact the police at 911 or 206-296-3311.

Please use the King Couty Accessor Office web page to obtain for the legal owner of this property: http://gismaps.kingcounty.gov/parcelviewer2/. Enter the address of the property. From the property detail you will find sales history. Select the excise number and a screen will come up and you can select image. This will provide you with the name of Geoffrey Murphey and an address.
