If you are going North on Stillwater avenue and are in the lane to turn left onto Essex Street, the light does not always change; its like the "eye" does not see the vehicle there; I have been stuck there several times and usually have to run a "red" light to get onto Essex Street; the eye needs to be fixed or moved!
