Corner of Gould and summer St. Needs a matter of slowing traffic. Everyday I witness children almost getting hit in the crosswalk and cars not being able to see incoming traffic around the corner. I've witnesses multiple car accidents in this one particular area.. the only time it's safe to exit the intersection is when it's dark out due to bring able to see headlights reflecting off of houses.
