There is too much aggressive speeding through River St. on the Poquonock Ave. side. Police Department needs to be more active in there presence & ticketing.

This location has been the subject of such police efforts as directed patrols, increased enforcement efforts, and enhanced awareness efforts (through use of a speed trailer device etc.).
Windsor Police will use data obtained during these police efforts to continue monitoring these areas for traffic violations.
