Good for the person who reported it! Do something positive with it or demolish it. In the park usually I have had good success with the city picking up debris but negative success with code enforcement for the city.

It is just a mess. I drove passed today and was surprised with how much debris there was. Isn't the owner responsible for the proper up-keep of the property? Thank you to the City for your assistance.

I was just waiting for my car to be serviced across the street and was surprised that this is being allowed to look so trashy. Definite need to have owner accountable and clean it up.

Definitely an eye sore that brings down the neighborhood.

At least when the MMD was operational on the property it was kept neat and tidy. It was guarded and safe for passerby's. The city kicks this business out, and this is what the neighborhood gets.

The "neighborhood" should not be at fault for the "city councils" decisions. 😔

Appears the owner has made a minimal attempt to clean up property. It continues to be unsightly and detriment to the area. Trash is still strewn all over the property, and it appears homeless are sleeping there.
