Description

Light at Fowler and Amity Road does not cycle often enough or stay green long enough. When the light at Amity and Wright turns red the South bound traffic backs up into the intersection at Fowler and Amity. The light at Fowler and Amity generally turns red again before the light at Wright and Amity turns green so the Fowler intersection can clear. This is also and enforcement issue because cars will often come into the intersection on yellow light (shouldn't even enter it on a green if traffic is stopped) even though it is clear they will be blocking it.
