This has been reported to code compliance twice via the online reporting for code compliance on 9/8//12 and 10/1/12. The driveway has trash, tires, a couple of refridgerators, washing mashine, and just lots of junk. This neighbor continually will park cars in his neighbors side yard to the north of 4514 Lowcroft Ave and has parked a vehicle on his own south side yard. The past week this neighbor has had 3 vehicles parked in the neighbors side yard. Attaching a picture of the trash. I would take a picture of the cars in the side yard but if code compliance drove by they would see the vehicles without a doubt.
