Description

I attended an Oakland A's game Sunday, September 30th and noticed a street sign at this location that read "NO PARKING 9:00AM TO 10:00 NOON SUNDAYS EACH MONTH STREET SWEEPING". What exactly is 10:00 NOON??? I waited until after 12noon to park my auto because the sign was confusing to me. Please interpret. I wonder how many of these confusing signs are posted throughout the city.
