The gravel appears to be coming from the gravel driveway at 30 jacks Dr. Maintenance of this gravel driveway is the property owners responsibility. You can expect the sweeper to sweep the adjacent streets a couple of times per year. As noted in the reply to your earlier report, the sweeper has been notified of the issue and will address it at such time he makes his route through this area.

The gravel is coming from the washout where they put in the new drain line. The drive way is a bit downhill from pavement so it cannot go uphill. This never happened before the new drain was added. If someone would just go and look at it they would see the real issue and not try and close an issue as fast as possible just to close it. That is not service. Please get up and go look at it,.

As I understand it the "Driveway at 30 Jacks Dr" is one half of the Browns Ridge Drive. Half was deeded to the City when that house was built with the intention of the other half being deeded later when the subdivision was built out. That never happ[ened so the street was never built. If you look at the real driveway for 30 Jacks drive it ends at the city property line.
