The area around the now-vacant Comcast building has become noticeably blighted in recent months. There is a lot of trash scattered around on the grass on the Olive street side of the building. Graffiti is popping up on the walls on the building. I have seen people urinating along the walls numerous times when walking up Chapel Street into Wooster Square. Who is responsible for maintaining this property?
